Warranty Coverage
All LUNNÉA jewellery comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects, including:

Faulty clasps or closures

Loose stones due to improper setting

Breakage caused by structural flaws

Tarnishing beyond normal expectations for 925 sterling silver
If you experience any issues, simply email us at contact@lunnea.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will repair, replace, or refund the item depending on the situation.
What is NOT covered
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Normal wear and tear

Scratches or dents from accidental impact

Exposure to chemicals (perfume, chlorine, cosmetics, cleaning products)

Improper handling, storage, or cleaning
Jewellery Care Guide
To ensure your LUNNÉA pieces remain radiant, please follow the care guidelines:
Daily Care

Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and sprays.

Remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, or exercising.

Put on your jewellery last when getting ready.
Cleaning

Gently wipe with a soft polishing cloth after each wear.

For deeper cleaning, use warm water and mild soap. Dry completely.
Storage

Store individually in a soft pouch or jewellery box.

Keep away from humidity to prevent tarnishing.
Warranty Claim Procedure
