Warranty Coverage

All LUNNÉA jewellery comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects, including:

  • Faulty clasps or closures

  • Loose stones due to improper setting

  • Breakage caused by structural flaws

  • Tarnishing beyond normal expectations for 925 sterling silver

If you experience any issues, simply email us at contact@lunnea.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will repair, replace, or refund the item depending on the situation.

What is NOT covered

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Scratches or dents from accidental impact

  • Exposure to chemicals (perfume, chlorine, cosmetics, cleaning products)

  • Loss or theft

  • Improper handling, storage, or cleaning

Jewellery Care Guide

To ensure your LUNNÉA pieces remain radiant, please follow the care guidelines:

Daily Care

  • Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and sprays.

  • Remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, or exercising.

  • Put on your jewellery last when getting ready.

Cleaning

  • Gently wipe with a soft polishing cloth after each wear.

  • For deeper cleaning, use warm water and mild soap. Dry completely.

Storage

  • Store individually in a soft pouch or jewellery box.

  • Keep away from humidity to prevent tarnishing.

Warranty Claim Procedure

If you need support:

E-mail us at contact@lunnea.eu, include your order number, photos, and a short description. Our team will respond within 48 hours and if the claim is approved, we will provide a free replacement or repair
